Per Redline Halo League

“Hello everyone and welcome to the Redline Halo League

This league has a few purposes;

– Help provide a competitive environment for all levels
– Act as a stepping point between a rec league and an AM league
– Help smaller to mid sized orgs grow or form

This league is currently open to ALL SKILL LEVELS. For season 2 we plan on adjusting the divisions a bit but it could change depending on numbers.

Our 2 Divisions are:

– Upper Division: Onyx 1600+
– Middle Division: Diamond 1 – Onyx 1599
– Lower Division: Plat 6 and below

(Teams with new accounts will be forced to start in middle division and will be moved based on results)

This is a free entry league with zero prize pool

There is 1 match per week. Schedules for each week come out on Sundays. When and what time matches are played are decided on between the captains of the 2 teams. Teams have until Thursday to schedule matches otherwise we will reach out and either help things move along, determine if a team needs to be ff’d, or hand out a double ff if neither team attempted to schedule a match

At about the halfway mark of the regular season we will lock roster outside of an emergency. At this point also we will release the first stage voting for Individual Accolades and All-Star voting

Playoffs are double elimination with seeding being determined from regular season play. ALL TEAMS MAKE PLAYOFFS

We allow trash talk but we have one rule with it. NO PERSONAL SHIT. Keep it all in game and we will have zero issues. You get one warning with personal shots and if its really bad we may determine if a ban is necessary

We do our best to catch smurfs and sandbaggers. In order to do this every player playing in the season must submit a leafapp.co link in their team chats for us to check ranks we will be using the last 3 seasons as peak ranks (8, 9, and 10)

We also understand that people will still be playing ranked. In order to combat people from just not playing ranked , If someone goes over the rank limit BEFORE ROSTER LOCK they will be ineligible to play the rest of the season”
